In a quiet and pleasant location next to the forest, in the well-kept settlement of individual houses Golo Brdo in the municipality of Medvode, the construction of the "Golo Brdo property" will start in early 2024, consisting of five individual houses, carefully designed to create an ideal living environment. The houses will be classically built, with a floor slab of AB construction and walls made of a combination of AB construction and Itong masonry. The facade will be 20 cm TI, the finishing will be thin layer plaster on the lower floor and wood on the upper floor. Windows will be wooden.

The location of the Golo Brdo Estate is very convenient, offering the perfect combination of luxury living, modern comfort and easy access to all necessary infrastructure located nearby. There are also plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation in the nature nearby.

Turnkey construction will also be possible. The price will depend on the scope, complexity and wishes of the prospective buyer.

Expected start of construction: Spring 2024

The houses will be available for purchase after the final building permit has been obtained and the notarised general conditions of sale have been accepted. Until then, we will keep non-binding/non-payable reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.
