Description of the real estate

The houses will be classically built, with a floor slab of AB construction and walls made of a combination of AB construction and Itong masonry. The facade will be 20 cm TI, the finishing will be thin layer plaster on the lower floor and wood on the upper floor. Windows will be wooden.

The location of the Golo Brdo Estate is very convenient, offering the perfect combination of luxury living, modern comfort and easy access to all necessary infrastructure located nearby. There are also plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation in the nature nearby.

Turnkey construction will also be possible. The price will depend on the scope, complexity and wishes of the prospective buyer.

Expected start of construction: Spring 2024
