On the periphery of Ljubljana, more specifically in Ig, the final stage of construction is the Quartet, a set of four terraced houses of P+1+M, each with its own atrium and 2 parking spaces. Two more units are available, intermediate terraced house 2 and intermediate terraced house 3.
The dimensions of each unit are 11,30 m2 x 5,30 m2. The terraced houses of 145.20 m2 gross and 118.30 m2 net will be built up to turnkey construction phase V, i.e. with finished flooring (without floor coverings) and plumbing, without finishes and sanitary fittings. The buyer may also have the flooring and sanitary ceramics installed and the finishing work carried out, if he so chooses.
The ground floor of each unit of the terraced house comprises a hallway of 2.90 m2, a kitchen in connection with the living room and dining room of 35.50 m2, which has an exit to the atrium of approx. 20.00 m2, a study of 6.40 m2, a storage room of 4.50 m2 and a toilet of 1.90 m2.

The entrance door as well as the interior door will be wooden, the interior door will be smoothly veneered. The building will have underfloor gas heating, but can also be heated by a heat pump (water/air) at an additional cost.
The surrounding area will be landscaped with finished paving - asphalt and pavers, lighting and fenced atriums. Metal fencing is foreseen. Visitor parking will also be provided.
The external structure of the building is made of 20,00 cm brick blocks, as are the internal load-bearing walls, which are connected by horizontal and vertical reinforced concrete earthquake-resistant bonds on a reinforced concrete slab base. The partition walls in each unit are constructed with porolite bricks. The façade will be contact coated with a 1,5 mm granular medium-silicone or silicate-silicone render.
The location of the houses allows for a peaceful way of living and at the same time offers quick access to the capital and plenty of opportunities for leisure and recreation in nature. The property is only 10 km from Ljubljana, or about 10 minutes' drive. In the immediate vicinity there is all the necessary infrastructure: a SPAR store, a health centre and a pharmacy, a kindergarten, a primary school, an LPP stop.
Completion is scheduled for the end of 2023, with occupation planned for spring 2024.
